You’ll also see juggling and circus arts types of demonstrations which the kids will love, such as Jugglestix, the Diabolo, Plate Spinning, Boomerang Throwing, “Juggling With the Audience”, and “ People Juggling”.
George of the Juggle’s show is interactive. Every volunteer is a star! All they have to do is try their best, and have fun.
His goal is to make his audiences smile and laugh, and to have a fun time.
Welcome George back to the fair!

John Deere Pedal Tractor Pull
June 30 1:15 pm start registering.
2:00 pm start the different age groups
Start times will vary based on the number in each age group.
Pedal Tractor Pulling is fun to watch! Kids of all ages love it and it's great fun for the family. A huge thank you goes out to the volunteers from Gooseneck Implement and Dave Bednarz for hosting this popular fair event. Pedalers ages 5 through adult are invited to participate for prizes.
Come out and compete or cheer on your favorite pedaller as they show their pedal strength and driving skills!
This will take place at the south entrance to the fairgrounds. Everyone gets a prize and the top pullers in each division receive a trophy.
HOW DOES IT WORK? Each child sits on a pedal tractor and drags a weighted sled as far as they can go. As the sled is dragged it creates friction, making it harder to pull. So the farther you go, the harder it gets!
Thank you to Dave Bednarz for setting this up.

Dreamweaver - Hypnotist
June 27 8:00 pm June 28 8:00 p.m. June 29 8:00 p.m.
You won't want to miss this hypnosis show with Randy Buker. Many of you may be familiar with his work as he has done many shows around the area.
From Alexandria, Minnesota, Randy has a background in the Mental Health field. Following college, he worked in that field for seventeen years. He brings his mental health experience and understanding of the human mind to the stage. Along with his quick wit, you will be amazed as you watch the volunteers explore the powers of their subconscious minds in a most hilarious way.
His shows are respectful and family friendly. He realizes that humor doesn't have to be blue to be funny. You can feel comfortable bringing your kids or your grandmother to his shows. The volunteers who come up on stage are the stars of the show. Randy knows that and treats them as such. No one ever leaves the stage feeling embarrassed. Randy is also a clinical hypnotist with a broad background in the mental health field. His volunteers are always in his very safe and considerate care.
We hope you leave with sore cheeks from all the laughing! Remember, it is you, members of the audience, who will make the show. :-)
Frying Pan Contest
June 28 - 7:30 pm
Females from 18 to 103 have the opportunity to take a turn standing alone in front of the throwing field, far from their kitchens, feeling the iron heft of that bacon-cooking, egg-scrambling pan, and finding their unique art to hurl it with all their might into the blue June sky. This is nothing like slinging hash or flipping burgers!
These females will fling a 10-pound cast-iron frying pan across the field. Each contestant gets two chances, and winners in each division take home a ribbon and a chance to be "Frying Pan" Champion.
Thank You to Yolanda Schmidt for organizing this.

These teens come to us from Mandan, North Dakota. The mission statement of the program states, “To help the broken, lost and hopeless overcome life controlling issues in order to find hope and healing in all areas of their lives.”
Dave Wilkerson started the program in 1958 in New York City. He felt he was led by Jesus. Little did he know that this would lead to bigger plans of changing lives around the world and freeing people from the life-controlling clutches of addiction and the destructive behaviors that ensure with the message he started out with: Jesus loves you. He can transform your life.
The program he started addresses the challenges of addiction through education, counseling, and the hope of new life through Jesus Christ.

Our 12-month residential program offers our nationally certified curriculum Christ-Centered principals for living. People from every ethnic, socio-economic, & religious background are welcomed with open arms as they embark on their new life of hope and restoration.
You are welcome to come to the fairgrounds and hear them share their stories and music.
